We use a variety of courier services and you will be charged differently depending on the product and your location. We always recommend that you put your business address as your delivery address to ensure successful delivery.
A variety of couriers will be used for shipping within Australia, if something is coming from overseas, we will use FedEx, UPS or DHL courier services. We can ship from Australia overseas, we do however require you to make contact with us in regards to these orders, as shipping costs vary wildly and may be incorrect when checking out.
We ensure that any products currently in stock, will be sent out within 1-2 business days of us processing the order. An automated email will be sent to you shortly after, to confirm your order with us. We typically expect a 1-5 business day turnaround on shipping times, this is however subject to change. If your product is not in stock, an order will be placed with the corresponding supplier. All backordered products will be shipped out in full once they land with us or our suppliers. Some items may arrive before others, this is due to them being sent from different locations.
